I use a combination of evidenced-based therapy along with holistic approaches. I work with individuals and couples on issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, depression, loneliness, trauma, addiction, relationships, divorce, dating, life transition, loss of meaning, and more. Real-world counseling is for all people. Regardless of your identity, religion, politics, or past, you are worthy of having your story heard and cared for.
My approach is warm, earnest, and direct. I aim to offer emotional support along with constructive feedback, to help you navigate challenges and reclaim parts of your essential self.
